What’s in my Kitch

My Hardware:

  • My juicer
  • Blender
  • Food processor
  • Hand blender
  • Electric kettle (Boudin, I love this thing)
  • Lemon zester
  • Mandolin
  • Potato peeler
  • Onion chopper
  • Garlic mincer (saves so much time!)
  • Decent knives
  • Big ol’ cutting boards
  • Crockpot
  • Scales
  • Just so much tupperware…

My Grocery List:

  • Kale, Quinoa… but you knew that 😉
  • An obscene amount of avocado
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Vegetable broth (GF)
  • Almond milk
  • Coconut milk
  • Tofu – Usually firm, but depends what I’m a cookin!
  • Gluten-free bread
  • Quinoa pasta
  • Chickpeas
  • Sweet potato
  • Fresh herbs – Cilantro, parsley, dill are a few of my favs
  • Vegan cheese – Follow Your Heart, Daiya
  • Raw nuts – Cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios, peanuts
  • Apples
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Garlic (paste is great too)

For Baking:

  • Gluten-free flour
  • Xanthan gum
  • Vegan margarine  (Earth Balance)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon
  • Semi-sweet chocolate (chips)
